The Company started its operations in 1994 as Lifelink Medical Supplies, Inc. with an exclusive distributorship from Baxter Healthcare Corp. In 1996, Allegiance Healthcare Corp. took over the operations of Baxter and likewise appointed Lifelink as its exclusive distributor in the Philippines. In February 1999, Allegiance Healthcare Corp. was sold to Cardinal Health, Inc., who also made Lifelink its exclusive distributor in the Philippines. It is also at this time that the company was renamed LIFELINK, INC., which subsequently moved to its present location at Cityland Shaw Tower.

Our current products include: Airlife Respiratory Therapy Products, Triflex Surgical Gloves, Convertors Disposable Gowns and Drapes, Medi-Vac Suction System, Jackson-Pratt Wound drains, Special Procedures Biopsy Devices and procedural Trays, V. Muller Surgical Instruments, Snowden-Pencer Plastic Surgery Products, and Genesis Sterilization Containers.
